Born in Cornwall, Mike is a self-taught artist with a natural ability to paint. He paints both in oils and acrylics and has a large portfolio of subjects including different types of wildlife, bluebell woods and moorlands.

Mike's work is very detailed and he has had numerous paintings which have been published as prints. He has painted professionally for over thirty years. Mike's own comment is "I'm very lucky that what was a hobby has become a very enjoyable profession".
